   Managed global application development for Ascend, a turn-key retail point-of-sale system for bike shops, through a full transformation of the product and organization as it was absorbed into the larger Trek ecosystem.

   • Hired and partnered with architects to build new engineering standards while keeping legacy systems running.
   • Trimmed the Azure cloud budget by 30% and deployed a new staffing strategy.
   • Implemented a new SDLC and moved teams from Azure DevOps to GitHub with CI/CD pipelines.
   • Consolidated authentication providers, led the Auth0-to-Gigya migration, and set up third-party SSO through Gigya.
   • Designed support and on-call procedures; ran 1:1s and hired and mentored engineers.
   • Introduced and championed AI across the development organization while driving NPS up 30 points.
